Attorney Sidney Powell made good on her promise to file suit in Georgia federal court on Wednesday. Here is the link to the 104 page Complaint in CJ Pearson v. Kemp. The Plaintiff's burden of proof here is a "preponderance of the evidence." Understand, under Georgia law, "it is not incumbent upon Plaintiff to show how the voters would have voted if their absentee ballots had been regular. Plaintiff only has to show that there were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result." Mead v. Sheffield, 278 Ga. 268, 272, 601 S.E. 2d 90, 102 (2004)(citing Howell v. Fears, 275 Ga. 627, 571 S.E. 2d 392 (2002).
